my number is 9374147428 i recharged my number with rs. 800 through online banking on 7.33 pm on 3/10/2012. i got the confirmation mail from myservices that the recharge is failed or cancelled.

This Service Is Arbitrarily Added To My Account. While I Didn't Subscribe For Any Value Added Service And Also I Don't Need Any Single from all VAS-Services Available At Reliance. I Want My Money Back.

I called your customer care no# however your agent are not doing professional behavior and he puts my call on hold whenever I call you guys and disconnect my call without listen my issue,
I hope that reliance is very big corporate company but after this experience my trust has braked and if my issue not resolve in 48 hours I will never suggest any one to use reliance service.
This is very bad experience for me kindly resolve it.

With lots of reluctance and a heavy heart, I am writing this to you as a final resort.
My Moblile No. is 9823041180. I have ported my no. from Airtel to Reliance, but unable to make and receive call at my residence. I had logged a ticket vide ref. no. 255457059, but this is my dismay to say that the ticket was closed without any resolution.
I have raised another ticket vide ref. no. 255596581. Again I am getting assurance that within 3 days the issue will be resolved.
Its already 14 days past as the no. was activated in Reliance on 22-Mar-17. Since it is my official no. I am not able to contacted by my managers as well as my colleagues. This may impact my job as well.
In view of the above, I request you please intervene as I am not getting any response from rcomappellateauthority as well after sending mail to him/her.

I am very sorry to inform you that again the ticket vide ref. no. 255596581 has been closed without resolving the issue. I think, till the time issue gets resolved, the ticket shouldn't be closed so that the Teams can update the action taken in the work-info, which could be referred later on as a case study. In general ITIL says the same. I am not able to understand at all why teams are closing the ticket without resolution and taking confirmation from customer.
When I have approached to Live Chat Desk, got an update that the case has been forwarded to Technical Team and the optimization is going on. How can anybody track if there is no valid open ticket. On requesting the agent to either re-open the ticket or open a new ticket, it was declined, saying that no new ticket will be raised further.
Sir, today is the 16th day after portability, I am not able to get service at the Billing Address.
I request you most humbly, please instruct the concerned authority to take up the matter seriously and resolve soon.

I am still not able to make a call and receive a call at Billing Address...
However, on almost daily basis, I am receiving a call from appellate authority desk and getting assurance to have the issue resolved VERY SOON. But how soon they are not in a position to mention. Today also I have got a call which went missed as I was driving at that point on time...
Now it is on the verge of completion of billing cycle. the bill will be raised against the address where I am not getting Voice Service...
Above all, it is very much surprising that despite escalating to you, it is taking lot of weeks to resolve the issue...
May I get the Voice Service started at Billing Address, before I change my mind to switch back to previous provider???

This is to inform you that the status quo is maintained as still out going and incoming calls are not maturing at Billing Address. This update is till I had left today at around 6 am.
In the name of update, receiving a ready made script mentioning that Optimization is going on and issue will be resolved very soon.
Please note, I am tired to get the same update. At the same time loosing trust on Reliance Communication Service and Support pattern where tickets are created to close without any resolution. Very surprising...
I hereby request you most humbly, please pass necessary instruction to get the issue resolved by Monday 6pm as I will be out of station from today and will reach at Billing Address on Monday evening.
If it will take more time please arrange to release me and my no. to port to my previous provider. I promise, I will clear all the due for the last 22 days stay in RCom Network and will not demand to waive off any amount for no Voice Service at Billing Addres...

Internet and SMS Service = No issue
Network Bar = Full while calls are not made. Becomes ZERO the moment the outgoing calls are made.
Your appellate managers are asking me to be patient but not telling date date how long I have to hold the patient.
Does RCom care to short out customer's problem?
